A year full of blessings
2022 was a year full of blessings. We were able to extend our opening hours, add some amazing new services throughout the year and welcomed hundreds of new visitors into our family on a regular basis.
We made some amazing new connections with an army of heart-led volunteers, our school program went from strength to strength with a host of dedicated schools joining our mission and we continued to serve delicious meals every day thanks to our resident Chef Jill at the helm!
But most importantly, there was you. You answered our call, time and time again. You were there when we needed you.
You are the beating heart of Emmanuel City Mission.
Without you, we quite simply couldn't open the doors to our visitors who rely on us every single day.

110 visitors walked through our doors everyday
37,000 lunches were served
8,000 showers were enjoyed by visitors
17,000 items of clothing were distributed to visitors
3,000 hours of conversations were had with visitors
8,000 loads of washing were put on by visitors
And this is just the tip of the iceberg!
